  • Damage Policy: Any type of wear, tear, and damage within the property will be charged to the host/guest on an actual cost basis.
  • Current Taxes as per the government norms: Room tariff greater than or equal to INR 1000 but less than to INR 7500 12% GST on offered rate. Room tariff greater than or equal to INR 7500 18% GST offered rate.
  • Hotel Standard Check–in & Check-out Time:  Please note that our standard check–in & check-out time is 1 PM & 11 am respectively. Arrival before 5:00 am would be considered as a booking from the previous night and would be charged accordingly. “For improved security of our Guests, A Mandatory check of Original Proof of Identity such as a Valid Passport & Visa (essential for all Foreign Nationals), Driving license / Voters Id Card, etc. must be provided on arrival and in case if required the Personal Baggage of the Guests may also be screened
  • Guarantee Policy: Please provide us the credit card details to guarantee the reservations or you can deposit the same at our Account details given below.
  • Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
      • No query is to be treated as confirmed till the advance is procured.
      • Cancellation made 10 days before – No Refund
      • Cancellation made 11 to 20 days before – 25% Refund
      • Cancellation made 20 to 30 days before – 50% Refund
      • Cancellation made prior to 30 days – 100% Refund
      • No provision for maid & driver.
      • Pets are not allowed.
      • Unmarried couples not entertained without valid identity proof.
      • Hotel Management will not be responsible for any kind of missing of valuables of Guests. Please, deposit your valuables with the Reception.
      • In case of mishandling, breakage, and spoilage of any kind of property will be charged to Guests.
      • No outsiders or Guests should directly come to Rooms without permission of Management.
      • The above-offered Lucrative Rates are only valid for the mentioned program.
      • Playing of loud music or band should be as per the Government’s rules maximum till 10.00 pm with administrative permission.
      • Parking facility available on site but parking at owners’ risk, hotel management is not responsible for any damage or any unwanted incident.
